Requirements: skilled woodworker who not only excels at detailed finish carpentry work like installing trim, molding, and doors, but also possesses the leadership and organizational abilities of a construction superintendent, allowing them to oversee a project, manage crews, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with other trades while maintaining a focus on precise finish carpentry details.
Minimum 5 years experience.
