Looking for a Journeyman Painter
We are looking for someone with at least 8 years of hands on residential painting experience. You must also have great sheetrock repair skills and stucco repair is a plus.

Our painting jobs are typically residential interiors, doors, facia or decks. We do exteriors occasionally. Our sheetrock jobs are usually small repairs from previous plumbing and electrical work and include texturing. We also do a lot of bathroom and kitchen remodels which may require whole walls sheetrocked.
Key Qualifications
Painting - Must have at least 8 years experience in residential painting with indoor and outdoor brush and roller work, spraying, latex and oil based, staining and refinishing of decks, doors, molding and trim, etc.
Sheetrock - Experienced in patching sheetrock, taping and multiple styles of texturing including hopper and rattle-can.
Leadership - Leadership skills are a plus, as there is room for growth.
Customer Management - You must be comfortable speaking with customers, reviewing jobs, discussing their needs and keeping them informed as the job progresses. Fluency in English is a must, though doesn't need to be a first language. Spanish language is helpful, but not required.
Estimating - You will be looking at jobs and estimating the hours to completion to assist us in the bidding process. Thus you must have enough experience to know how long individual jobs take.
Other Qualifications
Own tools and transportation. We will supply consumable supplies such as pans, rollers, drop cloths, etc.
Must enjoy working alone or in a team.
Stucco - Not required, but a plus if you are able to do small stucco patches and match a variety of textures.
Must be able to pass both a drug test and a background check.
Must be comfortable with phone apps and own a smart phone.
