Job Site: Inside a Warehouse
Hours: 7am-330pm Monday - Friday, must be ok with OT; occasional OT on the weekends.
Location: El Cajon, CA
Pay: $21.00
PPE-Must have Steel Toe Boots, must be able to lift 50 pounds.
IN-PERSON ASSESSMENT (GATE) IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY
Job Description
· You’ll perform various tasks, including hands-on carpentry, machine operation and maintenance, Interpret shop drawings for comprehensive understanding of specifications.
· Conduct measurements and perform calculations to determine material size and quantity requirements.
· Utilize cutting, shaping, and installation techniques for lumber, whips, and inserts based on provided drawings.
· Construct panelized walls and building components using either raw materials or prefabricated elements.
· Assemble and upkeep factory equipment. Adhere to deadlines for individual production tasks during shifts
· Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages in products or raw materials.
· Maintain cleanliness at the worksite to prevent hazards from debris and waste.
· Transport equipment and materials manually or with the use of forklift trucks. Adhere strictly to the company's safety and quality protocols.
