We are a Highly Reputable General Contractor Corporation seeking: Qualified and Experienced Framers, ADU Builders, Deck Builders, Water Proofing and Deck Coating Contractors to work with us to Service our Residential and Commercial Clients.
We have lots of Work for the right individuals.
Please have and be willing to send Proof of:
(1) Valid Contractors License.
(2) Business Liability Insurance.
(3) Valid and active Workers Comp Policy.
(4) Verifiable Experience and References.
(5) All Tools, Trucks and Equipment as necessary for your Specialty.
(6) Be ready and available for Work immediately.
Be willing to:
(1) Provide proof of at least 5 years experience in your specialty.
(2) Read Plans, do Material Take Offs and provide Bids on specific projects.
(3) Work Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm. (Work hours may vary).
(4) Have all Trucks, tools and equipment to work in the specific trade you are applying for.
(5) Wear Company Shirts and represent our company in a Professional Manner.
