The focus of this position is on product delivery and customer service. Reporting to the Dispatcher, the Delivery Driver is responsible for executing work on the road for the delivery and pick up of cannabis material and payment. The position is not limited to the above and the employee will often be asked to perform other related duties as requested or assigned.
Responsibilities:
Make timely deliveries & pick-ups to all stops on day’s route
Ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain your vehicle in great working condition
Be On-Call for scheduling purposes
Handle payments securely
Communicate effectively with dispatcher and customers
Qualifications:
High school diploma
2+ years of working in a customer service/customer facing environment
MUST have a valid Driver’s License
MUST have a Clean Driving Record
Able to manage cash/payments effectively
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be able to work longer than 8 hours
Must work well independently
Experience:
- Prior experience as a Delivery Driver is preferred.
