Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Assistant in the electronics industry, based in San Dimas, California. The role involves managing timelines, performing data entry, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing files, handling shipping functions, and utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks.Responsibilities: Maintain and manage project timelines to ensure tasks are completed on time Organize and maintain project files to ensure easy access and retrieval Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word to perform various tasks such as data entry and presentation creation Provide excellent customer service to clients and team members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure customer records are up-to-date Handle shipping functions as necessary, ensuring timely delivery of products or documents Utilize AutoCAD and Bluebeam for project-related tasks Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives Use scanning tools for document management and record-keeping. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proven experience in data entry with a keen attention to detail. Strong organizational skills, particularly in file management. Ability to effectively manage timelines and meet deadlines. Experience in shipping functions within the electronics industry. Proficiency in scanning documents and ensuring their proper storage. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education or certifications in related field preferred. Familiarity with the electronics industry would be advantageous. detail oriented demeanor and respect for workplace policies and procedures. Commitment to continuous learning and growth in the role.
