Location: San Francisco, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Digital Solution Cnslt. Lead Consultant POSITION OVERVIEW:Managing and leading large strategic technology initiatives and programs across several scrum teams with direct reporting to CIO and senior executives.
Client Need a Technical Architect/ Lead, involving DevOps, Application Development, Architecture, Java Microservices, and PCF.POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Experience in managing and leading large strategic technology initiatives and programs across several scrum teams with direct reporting to CIO and senior executives. Well versed with software engineering principles with a focus on code quality, DevSecOps, testing automation, TDD, BDD, Mutation testing etc. Experience in cloud migration projects; knowledge in cloud principles and cloud migration fundamentals for web applications. Experience in developing the strategy and roadmap for rolling out large strategic technology initiatives across several scrum teams in the organization, track and report progress across all teams, manage risks, ensure completion within the defined timelines and manage escalation to senior leadership. Establish and monitor performance metrics and goals for assigned programs, including process measures, outcomes measures, and methodologies for implementing programs. Knowledge and understanding of DevOps concepts, tools (containers, (CI/CD - Maven, Github, Jenkins, Artifactory), SonarQube, JaCoCo, PITest) and emerging technologies. Experience in managing programs in highly collaborative and cross-functional environments involving DevOps, Application Development, Architecture, Security etc. Ability to work with minimal supervision and provide strong leadership and guidance to the multiple engineering teams for achieving the program goals; demonstrated experience in evaluating risks and defining approaches for managing project risks Experience with documenting and presenting program results to the senior leadership through operational reports, outcomes studies, presentations and publications.Contact: This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
