Primarily oversee fund accounting and some aspects of management company accounting.
Responsible for waterfall and carry calculations, preparation of capital statements.
Contribute to the work of an existing team of two senior accountants and a controller.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7+ years of fund accounting experience, ideally with VC fund accounting.
A CPA certification is highly preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to work non-traditional hours, especially during quarter end.
