As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department, supporting the minting process. Operate and monitor coin production machinery
Make visual acceptance/rejection judgments based on Mint standards for coinage and packaging material
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
Lift trays of coins and packaging materials weighing up to 35 pounds
Maintain accurate production logs, report issues, and adhere to safety protocols
What’s Needed?
Experience as a machine operator or similar role in manufacturing
Ability to assess coinage and packaging materials according to Mint standards
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and external contacts
Physical ability to repetitively lift, bend, stand, stoop, and grasp stacks of products
Good vision and hand coordination, with strong attention to detail
