Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be based in San Francisco, California. The role involves providing exceptional service to customers attending the American College of Surgeon Conference. As part of our team, you will be expected to manage customer inquiries, handle any issues that arise, and ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in a Customer Service role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools. Ability to effectively handle stressful situations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools as required. Knowledge of customer service practices and principles. Excellent data entry and typing skills.
