Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be based in San Francisco, California. The role involves providing exceptional service to customers attending the American College of Surgeon Conference. As part of our team, you will be expected to manage customer inquiries, handle any issues that arise, and ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service to attendees of the American College of Surgeon Conference Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and successful conference experience for all attendees Utilize customer service skills to enhance the attendee experience Manage customer interactions in a professional and efficient manner.If you are interested in this role please call Nick Mussman at 415.276.0358. Requirements Proven experience in a Customer Service role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools. Ability to effectively handle stressful situations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools as required. Knowledge of customer service practices and principles. Excellent data entry and typing skills.
