Job DescriptionA client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced communications specialist to define the strategy to drive awareness across internal and external adoption of our enablement offerings.Key Responsibilities include:Development and Implementation Planning:Analyze existing training communication channels and efforts to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities to resolve gaps.Develop a detailed communication plan that outlines the goals, target audiences, key messaging and comms channels for all training initiativesImplement and execute the communication plan, monitoring its effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.Release Management MessagingCreate compelling and engaging content to drive awareness of training programs - content could include email campaigns, newsletters, social postsDevelop and maintain release calendar to ensure timely and consistentcommunications with target audiencesCross-Functional Collaboration:Identify and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to tailor approaches based on internal and external needsLeverage SMEs and thought leader expertise to promote offeringsReporting and Continuous Improvement:Analyze communication metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of the communication strategy.Identify performance trends to refine strategy as neededProfessional Development and Continuous Improvement:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in training communicationPay Rate: $9 - $11We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
