Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
Receive and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers
Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures Requirements - Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills
Command of mail distribution
Comprehensive knowledge of Concierge Services
Answering Inquiries experience
Foundational knowledge in Answering Inbound Calls
