Support the monthly NAV process, handling investor allocations, waterfall calculations, management fees, performance metrics, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

Collaborate with fund administrators, auditors, and valuation agents to ensure compliance in financial reporting, tax coordination, and cash management.

Manage administrative functions such as vendor payments and wire transfers, while upholding accounting controls and assisting the CFO/Controller with daily operations.

Oversee trading operations, including margin calls, derivative trades, ISDA reporting, and private investment deal closures.

Maintain investor relations by managing capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, reconciliations, and reporting; update CRM data and investor documentation.

Assist with regulatory compliance filings and prepare essential documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

Requirements

3+ years of fund accounting experience, including fund administration or public accounting; hedge fund experience preferred.

Familiarity with financial instruments, fund vehicles, and alternative investments.

CPA certification is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Strong understanding of GAAP and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with acute attention to detail.

Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with the capacity to work independently.
