Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Office Manager in San Francisco, California. The role primarily involves ensuring smooth office operations within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the office space and facilities, coordinating office events, and providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office space and kitchen including restocking of refreshments. Oversee facility maintenance and address any issues promptly. Plan and coordinate office events, lunches, and other staff activities to foster a positive office culture. Act as the Point Of Contact (POC) for the office, addressing queries and concerns from staff and visitors. Utilize communication tools such as Slack to effectively communicate with office staff. Handle incoming and outgoing office mail efficiently. Deliver excellent customer service to clients who visit the office, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Leverage your skills in Administrative Assistance and Facilities Management to ensure smooth office operations.
