As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the procurement process, ensuring the efficient sourcing and management of contracts. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of procurement practices and contract management.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies.
Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and negotiate contracts.
Manage the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes.
Provide support for procurement-related activities as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Or relevant work experience.
3+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on contract management.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships with vendors.
Proficiency in contract drafting and review.
Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
