Program Controller - EV Construction Management

 Turner & Townsend is seeking a Program Controller to join our San Francisco Bay area Project Management team, and oversee complex capital projects across multiple sectors, including commercial real estate, corporate interiors, healthcare facilities, and data centers. This role combines strategic program oversight with hands-on construction management, supporting a key technology client in achieving its financial and operational goals.Responsibilities:Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and governance frameworks.Ensure alignment with client goals and track performance using KPIs and metrics.Oversee design, construction, and closeout phases across diverse project types.Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.Supervise multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.Provide technical guidance on cost control, constructability, and value engineering.Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.Build strong relationships with property managers, healthcare administrators, and technical teams.Communicate project updates and strategy to senior leadership.Support readiness assessments and stage gate reviews across programs.Collaborate with regional program managers and project controls teams.Lead program-level reporting and governance activities.Identify and implement process improvements and delivery innovations.Capture and share lessons learned to enhance future project performance.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
