Description Ren Friedman with Robert Half is in search of a Client Services Associate for her clients company. This role is instrumental in our team, requiring the individual to perform a variety of tasks such as running performance reports, providing high-level service to sophisticated clients, and assisting with compliance process implementation and monitoring. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service to sophisticated clients, addressing their needs and resolving their inquiries Execute performance reporting and analyze contribution and attribution effects Conduct back-office reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency Assist in the implementation and monitoring of compliance processes to adhere to industry standards Provide support for web-based conference calls to facilitate effective communication Offer international banking operational support to cater to our global clientele Monitor and rebalance portfolios as needed for optimal performance Utilize a variety of computer programs and accounting software systems to perform tasks effectively Handle inbound calls, providing information and resolving issues as they arise Perform billing functions and claim administration tasks as needed.If interested in this role, please contact Ren Friedman via LinkedIn Requirements Proficient in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services Ability to use various Computer Programs Experience with CRM Knowledge of EHR SYSTEM Proficiency in About Time software Experience in Answering Inbound Calls Understanding of Benefit Functions Familiarity with Billing Functions Experience in Claim Administration Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
