Description Growing company is currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee our organization's contracts. This role involves preparing, negotiating, and reviewing company contracts, including purchases, sales, and business partnerships. An efficient Contracts Manager is critical to our team. You will play a pivotal role in managing contractual activities, ensuring accuracy and efficacy in all contract processes while maintaining a high level of risk management.Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire contract preparation and revision process, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and comprehensibility.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and partners in a way that closely aligns with our company's strategic objectives.
Review and update existing contracts, ensuring they remain up-to-date and reflective of the company's current practices and legal standards.
Collaborate with our legal department to ensure contractual agreements comply with all regulations and laws.
Liaise with stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure contract terms are understood and respected.
Respond to any contractual queries in a timely and effective manner.
Routinely review the company's contractual obligations, proactively addressing any issues or discrepancies.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, contract negotiation, or other related fields.
In-depth understanding of contractual language and legal requirements.
Solid knowledge of business and industry-specific regulatory environments.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
