Description We are in search of a Sr. HR Advisory Consultant to assist one of our clients in the San Jose area with building out the HR department's policies, procedures, and HR staff. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive HR audits, establish best practices, and facilitate change management initiatives within the company. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive HR audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement within the organization's HR processes and practices. Evaluate the effectiveness of HR solutions using various metrics and feedback methods. Establish best practices for HR processes within the organization. Provide coaching and mentoring to the HR staff and managers. Create and/or update standard operating procedures for HR processes. Review and assess current HR processes for compliance and risk management. Facilitate change management and communication initiatives to ensure successful implementation of HR solutions. Serve as a liaison between the organization and the benefits vendor. Oversee the creation of job descriptions for HR positions and lead the hiring process to fill these roles. Implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that can be replicated for other future locations.Requirements Possess at least 10 years of relevant experience in the field of Human Resources Proficiency in Benefits Functions Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Strong understanding of Compliance and Benchmarking Experience in Change Management Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits Ability to handle External Communication effectively Familiarity with HR Compliance and HR Strategy Experience in HR Policy formulation Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Administration Experience in Organizational Development Knowledge of Policies & Procedures Proven track record in Recruiting and Recruitment - Sourcing Experience in Training & Development Ability to conduct and analyze Surveys Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred Ability to work collaboratively with different teams in the organization. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability. Proficient with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire others.
