In this role, you will be the technical bridge between our cutting-edge products and our valued customers, leveraging your engineering expertise to provide exceptional technical customer support.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunitiesConduct technical presentations and product demonstrations resolve problemsProvide expert technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycleAnalyze customer requirements and develop tailored presentations to related to their use case(s)Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutionsStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edgeDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partnersContribute to product development by providing market feedback and customer insightsTravel to customer sites within the United States as needed (typically once per month).
