Description Trust and Estate law firm is seeking a diligent and highly motivated Associate Attorney to join the team. A successful candidate will work on-site and engage in challenging and rewarding work surrounding trust administration, estate planning, and probate areas. No prior experience in this practice is required, although the candidate must have a California Bar License.Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and drafting of wills, trusts, and related documents.
Provide legal counsel to clients on trust administration and estate planning.
Conduct legal research and provide analysis on trust and estate law matters.
Assist with probate proceedings including, drafting, filing probate documents, and managing estate assets.
Attend court hearings and meetings with clients as needed.
Maintain excellent client relationships, offer assistance and provide requisite legal advice.
Comply with all legal standards and regulations.

Requirements:
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
Valid California Bar License is required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient oral and written communication skills.
High-level professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
