You will assist in analyzing the checking portfolio, understanding customer profiles,behavior and account engagement to develop enhancements and initiatives towardsbuilding customer satisfaction and increase in profitability.Essential Job Functions
Leadthe business analysis and development of new retention strategies toimprove profitability.
Makesrecommendations for the development of marketing and advertising programsfor Consumer Checking products.
Createand update management reports to track portfolio performance and analyzecampaign performance.
Developsand maintains relationships with internal business partners and vendorrepresentatives.
Monitorproduct life-cycle and provide recommendations to improve retention andaccount engagement.
Reviews assignedcomplaints and suggestions. May develop a plan for resolution.
Ensuresall communication related to the checking products are in compliance withbank policy and regulatory requirements.
Gathersmarket intelligence to capitalize on market opportunities as they occurand to minimize the effects of competitive activity.
Self-starterand able to manage multiple tasks
QualificationsEducation
Bachelor'sDegree required, in a field related to Business Administration ispreferable or equivalent experience
Work Experience
5-7 yearsof relevant prior experience in a product manager or analytics role
Preferredqualifications include, strong understanding of checking product and otherbanking products
