As a Program Manager at Ontraport, your role will focus on executing full-cycle project management within your department or division, ensuring the success of key initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with leadership, guiding team members to contribute effectively and serving as a resource for training and communicating expectations. This role extends to overseeing the delivery of strategic programs and projects, working across departments and serving as a liaison with leadership on major initiatives.

Must be located or willing to relocate to the Santa Barbara area, as this role is hybrid and will require multiple days onsite at our beautiful campus located in the Riviera Business Park.
