Long established busy sandwich shop downtown Santa Barbara is looking for a cashier/ front of the house member.
Experience is a plus but not required as we will train the right person.
Duties includes: operating cash register, take walk-in as well as phone and online orders; slice lemons and avocados, restock sauces, bus and keep tables clean, file lists of item for next day order.
You must posses good communication skills to be able to interact with regulars and tourists.
You must be able to lift 25lb and to stay on your feet for the duration of your shift.
You must be at least 18 years old in order to operate the slicer.
The ideal candidate is a self starter with outgoing personality, able to work 3 days/week between 9:00AM and 5PM. Sunday we are closed!
