As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining area and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the restaurant management team to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness while creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Duties

- Manage and lead the front-of-house staff during service hours

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery

- Train and develop team members on service standards and product knowledge

- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality or fine dining establishments

- Strong background in kitchen management and food production

- Knowledge of inventory control procedures

- Experience in training development and team leadership

- Ability to manage shifts effectively and assist in assistant manager duties

- Culinary background or catering experience is a plus
