About Us: At Joe’s Cafe we pride ourselves on providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service. We are looking for a friendly and organized Host to join our team and ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly as they arrive and show them to their tables.
Manage reservations and keep track of waitlists.
Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries regarding the menu and reservations.
Maintain a clean and organized host area.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
A positive attitude and a passion for guest service.
Pay:
$16 / hour plus tips
