Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Home Health

Central Coast Home Health is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly growing and now seeking a Per diem or part-time LVNto join our team in the Santa Barbara area.The regular work schedule is Friday and Saturday with option for 1 additional day (generally 8 to 5PM).Requirements: Current California LVN license Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing (LVN &/or RN)work experience Reliable vehicle to drive for work Current Driver's License and maintenance of a clean driving record Have and maintain auto insurance coverage Current approved health care provider CPR Certification Home Health experience is a plus We offer:Competitive payPaid sick time offReimbursement for mileageFlexible self-scheduling In-house continuing education and reimbursement for outsidetraining This position is paid by the visit. Compensation for routine visits ranges from $36.00-$45.00 per visit. Each LVN has an hourly rate of pay for additional work hours, which ranges from $31.00-$35.00 per hour.
