LIVE-IN 5 days per week. Looking for experienced person or team to manage a 4 bed level 2 facility in the Santa Barbara area. Person or persons need to be confident with a positive attitude towards the job and the people with whom you will be working.
You must be able to speak and write English and have the ability to communicate effectively with doctors, families, and placement/regulatory agencies. You will be responsible for keeping the facility in compliance of all regulations and conducting annual reviews by regulatory agencies.
The residents you will be supporting are all ambulatory and independent with ADL’s. They are long time residents ages 45 to 65. You will be cooking, doing light cleaning, supervising the residents, and paperwork/reports associated with the operation of the facility.
Fingerprints, a physical/TB test within the last year and 1st aid are required prior to employment.
