The Executive Director (ED) will serve as the chief executive officer of AIA Santa Barbara,
providing leadership and management for the organization. The ED will work closely with the
Board of Directors, staff, and key stakeholders to ensure the achievement of the organization’s
mission and vision. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, exceptional
leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in nonprofit management, fundraising, and
advocacy.
