Greet each guest with a welcoming smile and hand them a towel.
Notify first time guests how the shower works, how much time they have, and how to use soap and hair products.
Once a guest has left the shower – spray disinfectant throughout the stall (shower, floor, toilet, sink, etc). Wait 2-3 minutes to disinfect and then clean the entire stall. It is recommended a mask be worn.
Refill supplies (TP, soap, etc) as needed.
Once the cleaning has been completed – call in the next guest and repeat.
Notify the Site Coordinator when supplies are running low.
Always maintain an awareness of guest needs and guest behaviors.
