Small office in Goleta is seeking an Office Assistant/Manager. This position is a full-time long-term position. Hours are M-F 6:30 AM to 3/3:30PM.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing excellent customer service by handling all incoming calls from customers and coworkers, greeting office visitors and responding to general emails; This position will be responsible for any errands needed for the office and must have the ability to lift heavy items (50lbs.); You will manage all inventory in the office and warehouse including ordering, stocking, shipping, receiving, unpacking, organizing and cleaning; Analyze time-sheets daily and data entering various HR paperwork, as well as managing all the correct documents are received from all employees; Scheduling all fundraising and handling all incoming donation requests; Auditing and keeping all social media up to date; various other tasks such as printing, copying, stapling, laminating, labeling, etc.
Requirements: Must be able to learn quickly and have excellent time management while working autonomously; you are reliable, resourceful, have a strong attention to detail and sense of urgency; You will also be proficient in Excel and type 65WPM; and you must have your own car.
This position is in a small office, but there is room for growth and new responsibilities that can be added.
