Psychological Non-Profit Seeks Office Manager/Conference Coordinator to work approximately 20 hours per week.
Santa Barbara, CA based non-profit organization is seeking an energetic person with excellent communication and organizational skills who is ready and willing to take on responsibility. Required computer skills include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint), and ability to manage social media platforms. Familiarity with WordPress is a plus. This is a self-starter with an ability to work independently, who reports to the Managing Director in coordination with Communications Director and Program Director. Specific training and support will be provided.
Administrative Tasks Include:
Liaise with bookkeeper to execute Bank deposits, print checks, obtain signatures and mail out
Maintain office, supplies and equipment
Liaise with vendors, insurance providers, etc.
Monitor customer web requests, phone calls and emails. Redirect as appropriate.
Fulfill orders for books and other products
Update and monitor Psychology Continuing Education platform (CE-Go)
Maintain CRM system; update with new contacts
Website updates on WordPress including blogs and other updates
Conference & workshop coordination including submitting proposals
Technical support during Zoom webinars and live events
Social media updates on LinkedIn and Instagram
