Small office seeks a dependable, detail-oriented assistant for on-site, light administrative work and occasional local errands.
Duties include:
Collecting and sorting mail
Filing and organizing documents
Preparing bank deposits
Preparing invoices for payment
General office support
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid CA driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Strong English communication and writing skills
Confidentiality and attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Office or bookkeeping experience preferred
Schedule:
Weekdays, approx. 6–10 hours per week
2 days per week, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Work is on-site (not remote)
