We offer a $6,000 signing bonus for a Licensed Journeyman ($3,000 at 6 months of employment and $3,000 at 1 year of employment with us).
Journeyman requirements:
- Own reliable transportation
- Journeyman card
- Must have your own cordless tools
- Must have your own bags and hand tools
- Must speak/ write English well
- Must have experience in both commercial and residential work
Benefits:
- 2% of gross pay Christmas Bonus
- 50% Health insurance
- Year-end profit sharing
- 24 hours of Sick Pay after 90 days (16 additional hours of PTO after 1 year of employment)
