What You’ll DoMetrics & MeasurementOwn and evolve product KPI frameworks, including success metrics, input levers, and performance monitoring.Scale event tracking and instrumentation practices with product and engineering.Build dashboards and reporting that drive decisions across Product, Design, Ops, and GTM teams.Design and implement experimentation programs (test design, success criteria, post-test analysis).Insights & StorytellingIdentify opportunity areas for product analytics and prioritize based on business impact.Communicate insights through compelling data stories tailored for technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.Innovation & LeadershipPartner with product and engineering on emerging technologies to augment analytics workflows, including GenAI, agentic systems, and autonomous agents.Lead cross-functional initiatives such as voice-of-customer, user segmentation, retention diagnostics, and funnel optimization.Serve as a thought partner to product leaders, PMs, and development teams on analytics strategies.
