Senior Software Quality Engineer

What you get to do in this role:   As Software Quality Engineer (QE) at ServiceNow in this role you will ensure the quality and reliability of application and will be the face for QE in the designated scrum team. We focus on user experience and use modern technologies and tools.  Maintain existing automation test frameworks and build test scripts on that for stable features and redundant testsWork with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate themCreate comprehensive test plans; execute and automate themMaintain nightly test runs and fix any flapping testsCollect and report quality metrics from test executionWork with engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments
