Staff Product Manager - Remote

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to represent client and vertical needs to shape product strategy and influence our platform roadmap. In this role, you’ll translate client and vertical insights, competitive trends, and market signals into clear, validated problem statements that inform product direction.This is a highly visible, cross-functional role where you’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Success, and Executive leadership to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and shape the future of our platform.ResponsibilitiesProvide vertical and client insights that inform multi-year strategy and investment themesSynthesize client usage, market research, competitive analysis, and client feedback into actionable insights.Own specific payment verticals, helping to define and deliver success of PayNearMe and our clients in the verticalLead discovery on new product features and capabilities to help drive growth within the defined vertical and across the organizationPartner with Product Managers to help align roadmaps across the core platform.Engage with strategic clients to understand needs, validate opportunities, and influence direction.Communicate product vision and priorities and how they connect to the product vision, across teams and stakeholders.Collaborate with GTM teams to support strategic initiatives and market positioning.While not responsible for delivery of the features contained within the roadmap, work with the GTM teams on positioning and pricing of new features based on market needs and trends.Provide thought leadership on industry trends and emerging opportunities.
