Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Workplace Experience Supervisor based in Santa Clara, California. The role involves a variety of administrative duties within the facilities management sector.Responsibilities: Supervise the provision of a comfortable and efficient workplace environment. Organize various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Handle facilities-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Support in the management of workplace experiences, contributing to a positive and productive environment. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate necessary updates or repairs within the facility. Establish and manage processes for maintaining accurate records related to facilities management. Communicate with external vendors and service providers as required, ensuring high-quality services. Participate in the development and implementation of procedures related to facilities management. Play a crucial role in enhancing the overall workplace experience for all staff members. Requirements Proven experience in a role related to Administrative Assistance. Solid understanding of Facilities Coordination is required. Practical experience in Facilities Management is essential. Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to business needs. Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think on your feet. Proficiency in using relevant computer applications and software. High level of discretion and confidentiality due to nature of the role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently. Demonstrated ability to handle workplace conflicts and resolve issues efficiently. Familiarity with health and safety regulations within a workplace environment. A relevant certification or degree in Facilities Management or a related field would be advantageous. Willingness to continually update knowledge and skills in Facilities Management.
