Immediate opening for full time Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher
We need someone who enjoys talking with people to help them schedule routine service calls, dispatch emergency service calls, help resolve problems, answer questions, and offer basic technical support if necessary.
Candidate should have 3 years of former office experience, basic computer skills for data entry, typing speed 40+wpm, knowledge of social media methods, emailing, scanning, etc.
