ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:As the Market Manager Lab Outreach you will plan, organize and delineate duties within the patient service centers across the Central Coast market. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the daily operations of all Dignity Health Central Coast patient service centers located in the non-hospital sites. You will provide leadership to the phlebotomy and clerical staff at the patient service centers to keep the quality, productivity, patient satisfaction and morale of the staff high. You will also train personnel in appropriate phlebotomy techniques, and support employee development by fostering constructive behavior, encouraging involvement in department operations and being responsive to employee input, promoting ongoing feedback to staff.You will assure achievement of actual spending and revenue projects are within budget, and promote a fiscally conscious attitude with department staff to enhance revenue and contain costs.QualificationsRequired Experience:
Minimum of 3 years Lab, Phlebotomy, or related experience required.
Minimum of 1 year leadership experience required.
Required Licensure:
Must possess a valid CA driver's license, and driving record that meets Marian Medical Center's requirements.
Must maintain current automobile insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
ASCP Certified Phlebotomist license preferred.
ASCP Certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist preferred.
