Line cook/Prep at Winery

We are seeking a kitchen assistant to join our culinary team at Presquile Winery! If you're looking to join a small, passionate kitchen staff, this is the position for you. Prep involves pickling, canning, sauces, grilling, slicing meats and cheeses, chopping vegetables, working a deep fryer, making dressings and plating dishes. Must be able to follow recipes and execute to company's standards. Baking knowledge is a plus. Must be willing to stock and clean when needed. Team player and self motivated. Able to multitask. Clean work habits are crucial. Current food handler's certificate required within 10 days of employment.
