Summary
As a Caregiver at Family Home Care, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality patient care in a home setting. This position is essential to our mission of enhancing the lives of those we serve while ensuring their comfort and dignity.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support patients with mobility and physical activities as needed.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans.
Document patient progress and report any changes to your supervising.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Requirements
I year experience, or educational equivalent, providing hands-on care services.
Dementia/Alzheimers (plus!)
Good communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families and management team.
Compassionate nature with a dedication to providing quality care.
