In need of a live-in property caretaker or couple. Must have good communication skills, desire to work outside and be a self driven problem solver.
Knowledge and past experience in the following areas is a MUST:
Ground maintenance and landscaping with irrigation knowledge.
General handyman and tool skills.
Fencing installation and repair
Orchard and vegetable garden care
Home maintenance
Tractor and equipment operations
A plus if you or your partner has skills in and is also looking for side-work.
Guest relations
Social media
Events
House cleaning and management
Must process a current drivers license and have a clean record. English speaking. Comfortable around animals.
Work is 30-40 hours as week. As we grow so does the work opportunity. Credit is given for housing accommodations. Additional pay is paid monthly.
