CADA (The Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse) is seeking a Treatment Program Manager for our youth substance abuse treatment program in Santa Maria.

We are looking for a dedicated therapist, social worker, or substance abuse counselor with interest in furthering their experience in the nonprofit sector while leading a dynamic and skilled team of counselors. This position is an opportunity to learn new skills while working with a team of counselors, case managers, and program staff with passion for helping youth.

The right candidate will have experience in administration or a desire to move into administration, strong clinical skills, and a dedication to the youth and families of our community.

Join our Daniel Bryant Youth and Family Treatment Center team as we expand & enhance services in new programs and areas in Santa Maria.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Or Registered AMFT, ACSW, APCC with a minimum of 2000 hrs OR Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with minimum of 3 years treatment experience

· Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work OR equivalent experience in Substance Abuse Counseling preferred

· Knowledge of individual counseling principles and techniques, and of assessment and case planning

· Knowledge of resources for treatment, recovery, and rehabilitation in North SB County

· Strong organizational and administrative skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Administrative and/or Managerial experience or a desire to learn

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) and bicultural preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Organization & management of the Santa Maria area Treatment Programs, including coordinates services for all new clients, ensures all clients receive appropriate treatment, leads team meetings, provides direction and assistance to treatment counselors, and serves as an agency representative to the community.

Position is full time 40hrs/wk, salaried. General hours are 10-6 to accommodate schedule of youth clients.

Compensation: $32.00-$35.50/hr depending on experience and qualifications. Increases for bilingual, experience with youth and/or counseling, and registration with BBS
