Alta is a BUSY practice and wants to hire individual(s) who are committed to teamwork, excellence, and personalized care with the patients. Alta Orthopaedics is seeking an energetic, hardworking, Receptionist to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones
Greeting visitors and routing them to appropriate individuals
Responding to inquiries, and determining and taking appropriate action as required
Utilizing the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to enter patient data and appointments
Collecting co-payments at the time of service
Handling patient appointment/scheduling
Education/Licensure/Certification Requirements:
High School and/or College graduate
Desired Skills:
Experience in a medical office environment
Excellent phone presence
Good interpersonal skills and ability to deliver great customer service
Knowledge of HIPAA requirements
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication and time management skills
Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required.
