Qualifications:
California Real Estate License preferred
Proven property management experience preferred
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Experience with Appfolio & Yardi a plus
Strong problem solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Local travel requiredmust have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license & insurance
