We are looking for a Maintenance Person/Handyman to service 2 small hotels in Solvang, the Atterdag Inn and Viking Inn.

PAY:
- $20 hour base payhigher pay depending on skill/experience/availability
HOURS/DAYS:
-16+ hours per week minimum
- 2 consistent days per week minimum
- Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
- On-Call/Emergency After-Hours availability is a plus
SKILLS NEEDED
- Excellent Communication
- Painting & Drywall Repair
- Interior Fixtures & Furniture Installation & Repair
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic Carpentry
- Basic Electrical
- Basic Landscaping
- Basic Customer Service & Good Teamwork
- English Speaker
