What You Get To Do:As Area Director, you’ll lead and shape the success of two Behavioral Day Programs in Sonoma County, California (Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa) focused on delivering exceptional care and services across the region. This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll partner closely with supervisors and operational leaders to build strong teams, drive performance, and create a culture centered on quality, accountability, and person-centered support. This role is ideal for an experienced, executive-level leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and is energized by balancing operational leadership, team development, and strategic growth.You’ll have the opportunity to:Lead and mentor first-line supervisors across multiple program sitesDrive operational excellence and ensure high-quality service deliveryStrengthen relationships with individuals served, their families and guardians, with your employees, and with community partnersOversee compliance with all licensing, certification, contractual, and regulatory standardsManage program financial performance, including budgeting, occupancy, utilization, and overall operational healthPartner with senior leadership to execute growth strategies, expand services, and support business development initiativesInfluence program direction and play a key role in advancing organizational goals across the region
