Part-time- Receptionist/Front desk

Description We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist in a HR department to join our clients team located in Santee, California. The role primarily involves maintaining front desk operations, organizing files, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Answering multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate personnel Organizing files and maintaining a clean and orderly reception area Displaying strong interpersonal skills when interacting with visitors and staff members Delivering exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly Assisting in the coordination of office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policiesRequirements Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems Exceptional customer service skills Demonstrated interpersonal skills Proven ability in organizing files Knowledge of governmental office procedures and protocols Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using standard office equipment Experience in handling sensitive information confidentially Flexibility to work in shifts, if required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to multitask and prioritize work High School Diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a receptionist role, preferably in a government setting.
