PT/FT on-site position for bookkeeper.
Responsible for:
- Organizing and paying monthly bills
- Entering payroll from Paychex into Quickbooks Online
- Entering daily collections into Quickbooks Online
- Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card accounts
- Monthly P&L reporting to ownership
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience with Bookkeeping using Quickbooks (desktop or enterprise)
